How far in advance do you accept bookings?

We must have at least 5 days in advance to be able to cater, no day before catering will be approved.

How far in advance do you accept bookings?

Customers must make a 50% deposit via the Invoice sent or via Zelle when isntructed. This goes towards your catering service when booking. The remaining balance will be due upon delivery.

How many pans do I need to order?

Our Full Pan Generally Serves 25-35 people.
Our Half Pan Generally Serves 12-25 people. 

How long does food last outside?

The FDA recommends that all perishables left at room temperature for more than two hours be discarded. Bacteria grow most rapidly between 40 degrees Fahrenheit (4.4 degrees Celsius) and 140 degrees Fahrenheit (60 degrees Celsius), doubling in amount every 20 minutes.

Can  I get a Refund?

Note: ANY SCAMS AND YOU WILL BE BLOCKED FROM FUTURE BOOKINGS

  • If the need for cancellation or reschedules must be within 24 hours, if not you will charge a $25 dollar cancellation or rescheduling fee. 

  • Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and can be used for future services.

What happens if I'm late for a pickup?
  • There is a 10-minute grace period when picking up your food. After 15 minutes you will be charged a $20 late fee. Please keep in communication if a situation erupts.
